The Shunxin factory occupies a 60-mu site with a standardised heavy industrial workshop of 40,000 square metres. Production runs from steel plate to finished machine in one building: laser cutting and profiling, fabrication and welding of drums, pans and frames, machining of shafts, gears and bearing housings on ten machining centres, then assembly, painting and a test run before dispatch.

Working under one roof is what makes it possible to build a custom line rather than a catalogue machine. When a granulator has to match the discharge height of a dryer, or a conveyor has to fit an awkward plant layout, the dimensions are set in our own workshop rather than negotiated with an outside supplier.

Departments that support every order

The engineering department produces process flow diagrams, equipment lists, plant layouts and foundation drawings, and answers technical questions during installation. The international trade department manages export documentation, shipping, inspection and communication in the customer's time zone. The after-sales department coordinates installation engineers, commissioning, operator training and spare parts supply.

Quality control inspects incoming steel, checks welds and dimensions at each stage, and performs a no-load and, where possible, a load test run before the machine is packed. Customers and their inspectors are welcome to witness the test.

Questions fréquemment posées

Can I visit the factory before ordering?

Yes, and we encourage it. Seeing the workshop, the machining equipment and machines under assembly gives a much clearer picture than any brochure. Our international trade department will arrange the invitation letter, schedule and a technical briefing.

Can the machine be test-run before shipment?

Yes. Standard machines are assembled and run without load, and complete lines are pre-assembled where the assembly bay allows. You or your inspector are welcome to witness the test and the dimensional checks.

How large is the production capacity of the factory?

The 40,000 m² workshop and 80-plus machines allow several complete production lines plus individual machines to be in production at the same time. Typical delivery is 20–35 days for standard machines and 45–70 days for a custom complete line.

Does the factory handle custom fabrication?

Yes. Customisation is normal rather than exceptional: capacité, drum or pan diameter, discharge height, voltage and frequency, fuel type for the dryer, automation level and packing format are all built to order.
